An iconic early 20th century (circa 1900-1920) double-sided Post Office sign advertising the United States Post Office in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania. The sign is painted on metal and framed in its original wooden frame. Measures approx 57 x 17 x 2 inches. A fine example of an early post office sign!
The sign has survived in excellent condition with age expected wear. Great block lettering and font.
The small town of Carimichaels is in Greene County, and has a small population of just over 400 people.
