An exceptional turned 19th century American Ash Burl Bowl, footed, with a turned rim, and turnings around the neck of the bowl. Measuring slightly over 18 3/4 inches in diameter, a fine and large bowl. The bowl is survived in excellent condition with one stable grain split measuring 5 inches, likely dating to the original manufacture date of the bowl. A fine American example.
