Available: Now offering this incredible antique piece of American folk art - a three dimensional boot trade sign. The boot is carved from a wooden pine log and retains an exceptional aged surface. The sign dates to the early 20th century and features the word “BOOTS” painted down both sides of the shoe. Some areas of age expected wear and paint loss, especially toward the bottom foot area of the sign. A white undercoat of paint can be seen where paint loss occurs.
