A very large and finely decorated jar attributed to Eudora Montoya of the Santa Ana pueblo. She is regarded as one of the best Santa Ana potters, and in 1972 began teaching the art of pottery. This jar in particular is quite large in size, and in very good condition with no apparent cracks. A very fine example, measuring approx 10.5 inches tall x 10.5 inches wide at the shoulder. The lip measures 6 3/4 inches in diameter.
